Gardens of Yorkshire
Uniquely stunning Yorkshire gardens all within easy reach of each other
Sutton Park
Sutton Park
The grounds at Sutton Park have something for everyone, a terraced garden planted with shrub roses and delphiniums, a prairie border, kitchen garden, herb garden and woodland walk. The Edwardian rock garden has provided an ideal habitat for Sir Reginald to create a fernery and with the recent addition of the two Dicksonia antartica (tree fern) is now becoming an established feature.
The gardens include many fine trees and shrubs in a range of planting styles that will appeal to all tastes.
Sutton Park is 8 miles north of York on the B1363 in the village of Sutton on the Forest
